The fairgrounds have undergone constant renovations over time. In 1907, the fairgrounds were relocated to a larger area, with the first permanent structures erected in 1921. The fairgrounds expanded further in the 1930s, and in 1942, a new grandstand was constructed. 

 

In the 1950s and 60s, the grounds underwent even more development, including a carnival midway, an entertainment complex, and a theatre. The fairgrounds have been growing and evolving over the years, and today they provide a wide range of activities and attractions, such as agricultural competitions, exhibitions, rides, and live entertainment.
