We are always seeking highly skilled and compassionate providers to join our GIV Mobile IV Therapy family. As a Mobile IV Therapy provider, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional intravenous hydration and vitamin therapy services directly to our clients in various settings. Responsibilities:
- Administer intravenous fluids, electrolytes, vitamins, and other medications as ordered by our medical director.
- Assess client needs, perform thorough health assessments, and obtain medical histories.
- Ensure the safe and accurate preparation and administration of intravenous therapies.
- Monitor and evaluate clients’ responses to therapy, making necessary adjustments as required.
- Maintain detailed and accurate medical records of client encounters.
- Educate clients on the benefits of IV therapy and provide personalized recommendations based on their specific needs.
Qualifications:
- Valid licensing for Registered Nurse or Paramedic
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting, must have extensive experience in starting IVs.
- Proficient in venipuncture and IV insertion techniques.
- Strong knowledge of medications, dosage calculations, and IV therapy protocols.
- Excellent assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to provide compassionate and professional care.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, demonstrating reliability and flexibility.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications.
